Due a Goal combines a pre-match fact with a live one. Pre-match: the home side scores in most of its games. Live: it is past the hour, the game is 0-0, and the home shot count says the goal is coming. When both hold at once, the next goal and over 0.5 goals prices are usually behind the play.

Frequently asked questions

Why after the hour?
Before then a blank scoreline is normal and the goals prices already reflect the time left. After 60 minutes, a 0-0 with heavy home pressure is unusual enough that the market often overreacts to the clock.
