Every team with a scheduled fixture inside the window you choose - the next 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days - that also has a Bet365 price available for the selected market. Teams without a price for that market are not ranked.
It is the team's last 10 completed matches in any competition, not just the league its next fixture is in. Matches without a stored price for the selected market stay in the sample but cannot be settled, which is why each row shows how many of the games were graded.
